WHY US

The demands of business are enormous. Only those specifically prepared to meet these challenges will be high performers. Excellence is not an individual act but rather the result of consistent habits.

Tignum trains executives, managers and teams to reach two primary goals:
.01 Improving performance through building high energy, effectiveness and brain-agility.
.02 Increasing sustainability through building resilience to workload, setbacks and illness.

WHY DOES IT MATTER
Over the last 5 years, through our research, we have identified three categories of leaders/managers: sinkers, floaters and swimmers. Surprisingly, only 5% of the leaders/managers we analyzed were swimmers. This means they had achieved a state where brain fog is removed, focus is high, creativity is enhanced and resilience is strong. This is a state where they have high energy, they can energize their teams, and they are sustainable.
Of the remaining 95% of leaders /managers we analyzed, 15% were sinkers. They were overwhelmed, overworked, exhausted, and nearing a crisis or burnout. This left 80% who were floaters.
They realized they had an untapped potential but they didn't have the strategies to achieve it. They were comfortably numb as they settled to be part of the status quo rather than becoming extraordinary. They were just trying to stay afloat, to make it through the day's meetings, the week's deadlines, or the quarter's goals.

IMAGINE THE BENEFIT OF INCREASING THE NUMBER OF SWIMMERS WITHIN THE TOP RANKS OF YOUR ORGANIZATION.
Most leaders are unaware of the cost that sinkers and floaters produce (direct costs and costs due to low performance). Our calculations estimate that a sinker costs in excess of 40% of their salary and a floater costs between 25% and 35% of their salary.

Are you a sustainable high performer?

And what about your team and your organization?
